1. Rental Limo Services and Reservations

Rental Limo provides customers the opportunity to browse and compare different limousine companies vehicle rates and information. Customers using Rental Limo can then request a reservation for a vehicle for a $1 booking fee. This fee is only to request the service from the selected company and does not guarantee that the company is necessarily willing or able to provide the service. All reservations must be made at least 12 hours in advance for online bookings. The customer will then be notified as soon as possible, or within 6-48 hours (depending on the reservation time and date) whether or not the company can provide the service.

2. Rental Limo Booking Authorization Fee

Customers booking a limousine on Rental Limo are currently required to pay a $1 booking fee in order to reserve a limousine. The customer will not be charged $1.00 unless Rental Limo confirms the booking of your reservation with the limousine company. Customers have up to 24 hours prior to their limousine reservation to cancel their reservation at no additional charge. If the customer fails to cancel their reservation 24 hours prior to their booking time, they will be charged the $1 booking authorization fee. The $1.00 booking fee that is due up front prior to booking a limousine on Rental Limo is included in the generated price quotes that customers see, select, and book on Rental Limo. All prices and vehicle availability are subject to change.

3. Rental Limo Ride Payment Process

Upon confirmation by the limousine company for the reservation, the customer will be notified automatically via email that the reservation is confirmed. A representative from the limousine company will then contact the customer by telephone to receive the full payment for the reservation. Remember that Rental Limo only charges customers the $1 reservation fee to confirm actual intent to book a vehicle and that the remainder of the balance must be paid in full directly to the limousine company upon confirmation on the reservation.

4. Rental Limo Website Security

No credit card information is stored by Rental Limo. All ride down-payment transactions on Rental Limo are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption to protect your credit card information.

5. Digital Marks and Representations

All representations of companies, vehicles, and other materials on Rental Limo are for demonstrative purposes only and actual vehicles may vary from their digital representation. These representations are provided by the limousine company and by agreeing to our terms of service, Rental Limo cannot be held liable for any claims or discrepancies that may arise from actual vehicles or services provided.

6. Quality of Service

Rental Limo works with fully licensed and insured limousine companies in the United States. Companies registered on Rental Limo are required to have all necessary permits and insurance to provide limousine service in their indicated location. While we strive to work with only top limousine operators, we make no guarantee for the representations or quality of service provided by the company if you choose to use their services. Rental Limo and the limousine companies registered with us are independent agents and we are not responsible, nor can be held liable for the quality of services you request from these limousine companies. By agreeing to our terms of service, you agree to release our company and any of our agents or employees from any and all damages, claims, and disputes that may arise from electing to use a limousine company's service on Rental Limo.

7. General Provisions

Rental Limo is a nationwide booking portal allowing customers to find and book limousine and transportation services in the United States. Any services requested are provided explicitly from the individual limousine company you request on our website. We do not own, operate, or maintain any vehicles under Rental Limo and all representations on our website are those of the individual limousine companies and their owners. By agreeing to these terms, you release Rental Limo from any and all liability resulting from damages or discrepancies from working with these individual limousine companies.

1. Subscription-based Rental Limo membership

Members of Rental Limo will pay a recurring monthly fee based upon a predetermined level of membership decided at registration. Subscription payments will be handled by the leader in secure and trusted online subscription payments. Rental Limo does not store your credit card information.

Upon registration with Rental Limo, limousine operators will qualify for priority placement in service area search indexing based on a first come, first serve basis. In the occurrence of defaulting on subscription payment, Rental Limo members jeopardize and potentially lose priority positioning in search indexing. If the limousine operator decides to reinstate membership at Rental Limo, operators will now be subject to a lower priority ranking in the search results and booking on Rental Limo.

By signing up as a limo operator on Rental Limo, members are required to provide a bank card number for monthly subscription dues. In doing so, you authorize Rental Limo to bill your bank card on a monthly basis in the appropriate amount agreed upon in your registration form and subscription plan. Each month, Rental Limo will auto-bill your card on file for the chosen monthly rate unless you cancel your subscription prior to the applicable billing cycle.

Rental Limo offers limousine operators a 30-day trial to test out our website and services. In order to receive a 30-day trial, you will be required to provide a working bank card that will not be initially charged. By entering into the 30-day trial, you authorize Rental Limo to subsequently charge your bank card for the first month of paid limousine operator membership dues one month after your account has been activated unless membership is cancelled prior to the first billing cycle.

Members of Rental Limo are entitled to the preservation of their fixed lifetime monthly rate; barring the timely payment of subscription-based monthly membership dues. Operators have a 30-day grace period before cancellation of membership to pay any and all outstanding subscription dues. Should a limo operator fail to pay their outstanding balance within the 30 days, this voids their opportunity to maintain the previous fixed lifetime rate.

Rental Limo members can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their membership at any time. To cancel a Rental Limo membership, limousine operators are required to request cancellation in writing via fax or email to (855) 546-6576 or info@rentallimo.com prior to beginning their next billing cycle to avoid being charged. After your free 30-day trial ends, your monthly payments are non-refundable, applicable to all monthly Rental Limo payments for membership and services rendered the prior month, including the first billing cycle and all subsequent billing cycles.

2. Reservation retrieval and limo booking confirmation

Rental Limo will send a booking request via email to the limousine operator upon completion of booking request by a customer. The limousine operator is then responsible for confirming or rejecting that booking in a timely manner. For reservations more than 48 hours out, operators are given 24 hours to respond and confirm or decline the booking. For reservation requests less than 48 hours out, operators will be given 2 hours to confirm or decline. If we don't hear back from the limo company by then, Rental Limo will contact the limousine operator by phone to confirm or decline the booking. If we can't get in touch with the limousine operator, Rental Limo reserves the right to re-assign a booking request to a different limousine operator in the same service area who is willing and able to provide the desired transportation.

Rental Limo currently requires customers to request their limousine booking at least 12 hours in advance of the desired reservation date. This half-day window is required to give limousine operators adequate time to respond to booking requests and confirm or decline the reservation. After that, Rental Limo will follow up with a reservation confirmation email containing the details of your ride such as date, time, passenger count, vehicle, and which company is providing the limousine service to you.

3. Rental Limo operator requirements for licensing and insurance

All limousine operators are required to follow all laws and regulations pertaining to the legal operation of your company. This includes having a proper USDOT certification number, state certification, a local or municipal certification number, automobile liability insurance (minimum $1,500,000 USD), as well as having properly licensed and insured vehicles, drivers, and limousine company. In some cases, auto insurance minimums may be higher than $1,500,000 million dollars for larger capacity vehicles in certain locations to compy with all local, state, and federal requirements.

4. Rental Limo requirements for vehicle eligibility

In order for vehicles to be eligible for display on Rental Limo, they must meet the following criteria.

1. The vehicle must be operated by your company in the same service area indicated.
2. The vehicle must belong to your fleet and not to the fleet of another limo operator.
3. A vehicle is only eligible in a service area if that company has a business address and phone.

5. Rental Limo logo and membership badge usage

Active limo operators of Rental Limo are permitted to use our logo and or membership badge on the internet via website, social media, etc. Members may also request permission to use the Rental Limo logo and membership badge for print, provided the design uses high resolution supplementary graphics which will be made available by Rental Limo.

Use of Rental Limo web graphics for print is strictly prohibited. Rental Limo may request the removal of any and all existing uses of graphics that do not positively represent the brand of Rental Limo. This may or may not include pre-existing operators of Rental Limo who are no longer currently members. In the event Rental Limo requests removal of such graphics, limo operators have 7 days to comply with the request. Failure to do so violates the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will result in a formal claim filed against the operator.

6. Rental Limo's implied legal right to use limo operator graphics

All limousine operators, as members of Rental Limo, acknowledge that any and all graphics contained on their website(s) must be legally owned or with permission for use in public media. These graphics may include company logos, promotions, photographs, screenshots, and anything relating to the web presence of each limo company. Eligible graphics for use include a limousine company's website, Facebook page, Twitter page, Pinterest, and any other online social media or web pages used to promote the limousine company.

Rental Limo is entitled hereby to use any and all of these graphics pertaining to limousine operators who are members of Rental Limo. We reserve the right to crop, re-size, or edit these graphics as necessary in order to confine to the web layout specifications of Rental Limo. Use of these graphics will be to enhance the web presence of each limo operator member and their limousine fleet in good faith. This includes without limitation a limousine company's web page on Rental Limo as well as the photo galleries for all of the company's vehicles.

7. Rental Limo’s expressed right to terminate limo operators

Members of Rental Limo are required to maintain a high level of service to properly represent the brand of Rental Limo in good faith. This includes prompt replies to inquiries or notifications from Rental Limo by email or phone regarding gathering information about your company, your fleet, or existing bookings and reservations. We reserve the right to terminate an agreement with any company within Rental Limo that we believe to be infringing upon the prosperity and growth of Rental Limo as a company.

Operators wishing to terminate their account with Rental Limo must submit their request 30 days in advance in writing or email notifying Rental Limo of their request. No additional termination fee will be required as long as the 30 day advanced notice has been made. In the event of termination, the indicated service partner must remove all acknowledgements of previous affiliation to Rental Limo within 30 days of termination. This includes but is not limited to logos, membership badges, trademarks, or any other copyrighted Rental Limo media.

Copyright and limitations of use

The information available on Rental Limo is the property of Rental Limo or its member limousine companies and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This site contains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information, including without limitation, text, software, photographs, video, graphics, trademarks, service marks, logos, designs, and music and sound (the "Content"), and such Content is protected under U.S. Copyright laws, U.S. trademark laws as well as international copyright and trademark laws and treaties.

Limitations of liability

Rental Limo is in no way liable for any form of damage, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, attorney fees, or any other negative consequence which may arise from the use or misuse of the services Rental Limo provides to users, customers, and riders using Rental Limo to find limousine services as well as limousine company operators that are Rental Limo members.

Changes to the Rental Limo Terms of Service

Rental Limo expresses the right to alter the terms of this service agreement at any time in order to improve the quality and integrity of Rental Limo in good faith. If you do not agree with any of the terms outlined above, then you are subsequently not authorized to utilize the services offered within Rental Limo.
